In the video, nine hitmen are seen standing in front of a white wall, wearing black tactical gear and brandishing rifles, light machine guns and Barrett rifles. The man in the middle is the one who reads the message addressed to the Mexican president.
“Mr. President, due to the statement you gave at your press conference, regarding the request of the mother seeker from Sonora, where they requested a truce, this organization (CDN) accepts it, without this for any reason implying weakness, but that the peace and well-being of Mexico be sought. We also have mothers, fathers, children and siblings, we are human”, says the hitman.

They ask for certainties

In a cordial way, the hitman ends the message, “Without further ado, we await an answer from you and we send you a cordial greeting. Sincerely, your safe servants of the Northeast Cartel.”
The message of peace is somewhat contradictory, since That same day, a video was released in which hitmen from the Northeast Cartel bloodily murdered a member of another criminal group.
