The Selection of Mexico part as the main favorite to win the gold medal of the Central American and Caribbean Games that will be taking place in the city of San Salvador, El Salvador. In this sense, the coach Gerardo Espinoza announced the squad listin which 19 players who played friendlies against Spain and France and another element that was part of the runners-up of the Maurice Revello Tournament are part.

Gerardo Espinoza took Tapatío champion in the Expansion League in Mexico and now assumes maximum responsibility on the Tri bench in the Central American Games in which he has the duty to hang the gold medal.

Precisely the call is led by three elements of Tapatío, a team that Espinoza knows very well. The full call was published by the Mexican Football Federation through its Twitter account.

Calendar of the Mexican National Team in the Central American and Caribbean Games

The Mexican National Team is paired in a group where only three teams will compete, reason that invites us to think that the Tri will not have problems in accessing the round. The debut of those led by Gerardo Espinoza will be against El Salvador, the local team and later close the first phase against the Dominican Republic, the games will be played on June 28 and July 2 respectively.

Only a debacle would mean that Mexico would not even be in the fight for medals. El Tri will be concentrated from today at the facilities of the High Performance Center until Saturday June 24to later travel to Salvadoran lands in search of glory.
