Eminem's daughter got married “Great Gatsby” style

The eldest daughter of Eminem, Alaina Scott, married her boyfriend Matt Moellerat a “Great Gatsby” themed ceremony on June 9.

The rapper was not initially seen at the ceremony, even in the photos of the bride that he shared on his Instagram account, Eminem was not seen.

AlthoughAlaina revealed to ‘People’ magazine that her father was at the ceremony, and it was he who delivered her at the altar.

“It was a long black and white hallway and my dad walked me through it. He was not going to miss itsaid the bride.

At the ceremony, which was intimate, only close friends and friends were present. “Getting married is sacred and we wanted to be surrounded by people who share our daily lives. We did something very untraditional and we didn’t allow many more. This was important to us,” she assured.

The bridesmaid was Hailie Jade, the rapper’s youngest daughter, who got engaged in February.

“June 9, 2023, simply one of the best days of my life. In this life and the next, my soul will always find yours,” Alaina posted.

The couple got engaged in December 2021 and made an Instagram post. “This moment. This life. Yes, a hundred times. I LOVE YOU,” she wrote alongside photos of her proposal.

Alaina Scott is the adoptive daughter of Eminem, his biological mother of a woman named Dawn Scott, who was the sister of Kim Scott, ex-wife of the rapper and mother of Hailie Jade, the rapper’s youngest daughter.

In the early 2000s, Eminem legally adopted Alaina, a few years later, Dawn died from a drug overdose.

During an interview with ‘Rolling Stone’ magazine in 2004, Eminem spoke about adopting Alaina: “I have full custody of my niece. My niece has been a part of my life since she was born.. Kim and I pretty much had her, she lived with us wherever we were.”
