The couple made up of Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner decided to give up their economic claims and finally got rid of the mansion they owned in the city of Miamibut they did it at a price below what they intended.

The young celebrities originally put their property up for sale, in November 2022, for $16,995,000 dollarsbut they ended up accepting the $15,500,000 that they were offered in recent days

Even though they almost lost $1,500,000 dollarswith respect to the figure that they initially intended, the couple actually scored a profit $4,500,000 dollars With respect to the figure they paid in 2021, although part of the increase occurred after the remodeling that they did to the place after moving.

The residence, which previously belonged to the Cuban Willy Chirino, is distributed over three floors and has an extension of 10,416 square feet.

It also has six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, TV room, games room, office, among other rooms.

The kitchen is closed and quite spacious. It is equipped with a white cupboard, with high-end appliances, as well as a central island that works to prepare food and as a breakfast area for four people.

The main bedroom, where Sophie and Joe will surely sleep, has enough space for a bed and their sitting area, while the bathroom is composed of a vanity, a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

Outside, on his lot 0.37 acresIt has extensive green areas, with a terrace, with a barbecue area, with a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with a jacuzzi, with a dock, among other amenities.
