The actor Matthew Perry53 years old and who is famous for his role as ‘Chandler’ in the series ‘Friends’, recently disbursed the amount of $5,000,000 dollars for a mansion in the area of hollywood hillsin California.
The property, which was built in 1957 and recently renovated, was sold in an off-market transaction.
Although the details of the operation are unknown, what is known is that the Massachusetts-born man paid $1,000,000 dollars below what the former owners came to claim for the property.
According to the technical sheet, the residence has an extension of 2,566 square feetwith three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, family room, cinema room, laundry room and garage for two people.
Outside, on his lot 0.22 acreshas a terrace, green areas, swimming pool with its respective spa area, fireplace, among other amenities.
