The always controversial Kanye West It was back in the news a few hours ago after it was revealed that he sold the mansion he had owned since 2021 in the area of hidden hillsin California.
The property, which is currently in ruins, was acquired by the former de kim kardashian in $4,500,000 dollarsbut ended up selling it for $4,250,000 dollars.
The house, which is located very close to his children’s, was never inhabited by the controversial rapper, who was never able to carry out the plans he had for her.
West has reportedly never spent a night at the Hidden Hills property. He intended to demolish the existing structure on the lot and replace it with something else to his liking, but those plans never materialized,” the Dirt portal detailed.
In addition to that residence, Kanye owned another one in the Malibu area, whose current state is deplorable and uninhabitable.
“As for the Malibu house, West tore down the 4,000-square-foot structure in preparation for a redesign. Current photos of the Malibu house show that the windows and interiors have been ripped out, leaving the building a concrete structure exposed to the elements. The railings and metal trim around the house have visibly rusted, probably beyond salvage.
What’s more interesting is that, according to the Wall Street Journal, West also planned to purchase a second Tadao Ando-designed Malibu mansion, this one much larger than his first purchase, but that deal fell through with the collapse of the lucrative partnership of West with Adidas,” after his off-the-cuff comments.
There is no doubt that the nightmare for Kanye West has only just begun.
