Kevin Fiderline, ex-husband of the controversial singer Britney Spearshas a lawsuit against him by a private Christian school in California for, allegedly, not pay for their children’s school.
And it is that supposedly the rapper, and also a dancer, He owes more than $15,000 for tuition for two of his daughters.
Said educational institution has presented a civil lawsuit not only against the dancer, but also against his wife, Victoria Princein Los Angeles Superior Court.
This demand would have become effective on May 9. It was alleged that the couple has an outstanding balance of $15,593, for the education of his daughters Peyton and Jordan
In court documents, Fidierline and his wife they have breached a contract which they signed in August 2018. “For failing to pay for the services that had been provided on credit at their special instance and request.”
What the school campus alleged is that they demanded the money before, but both Fiderline and Prince allegedly “failed and refused and continue to fail and refuse to pay all or part of the balance owed.”
That’s not all, since in addition to the amount owed, the school has requested 10% annual interest, effective May 16, 2019, plus attorneys’ fees.
