The television presenter Francisca is used to frequently interacting with her fans and in a question box that you activated this week, someone asked her about her process in deciding to cut her chemically treated hair, and she answered openly.
An Internet user asked him about how long it took him to be able to go through straight hair subjected to chemicals, dryers and irons until he established that he was going to rescue his curls.
“How long did you last to give yourself the cut and go only curl?”, the follower consulted in the question box. With the sincerity and spontaneity that characterizes her, ‘Fran’ replied that she began to think about it more than two years ago.
“Look, the story is long. I started when I got pregnant. I didn’t touch my hair again because well, I couldn’t do that chemical process while pregnant. Then I said: ‘I’m going to leave it like this and I’m going to cut it off’”, revealed the Dominican.
According to the presenter of ‘Despierta América’, she wanted to do it for a long time, but fear invaded her.
“It had been a long time since I had thought about leaving my natural hair and cutting it, but the truth was that I was scared or for some other reason I could never do it,” confessed.
Likewise, he was honest saying that before he made the decision and regretted falling back into the treatments that lacerated his hair.
“When I got pregnant I said: ‘this is my chance’, but then the wedding came and I kind of backed out and had my keratin done again in May,” counted.
Francisca revealed that she finally made a firm decision after she got married in 2022. The Dominican explained that she spent more than six months letting her hair grow without chemicals and then cutting it and keeping her curly hair.
“The process wasn’t that long, about seven or eight months, I think, if I’m not mistaken. When I finally left it, I left it, I left it, without getting keratin or anything… Then I cut it off and that’s it, look at how my hair is doing”said the television host showing her curls.
Also, to finish, Francisca, who has been strongly criticized by many Internet users for showing off her natural hair, stated: “It has been the best decision I have made.”
