Buffalo Bills coach awaits Damar Hamlin's return after cardiac arrest

Damar Hamlin scared the entire NFL when he went into cardiac arrest in the middle of a Buffalo Bills game, but that doesn’t take away hope for him. Sean McDermott, the team’s coach, for the element to play again after his health problem.

“If we can get full clearance and he feels like he’s ready to do it it will be another big smile on his story. Not just because he got his life back, but because he would get his career back.”said the coach of the Buffalo team.

Let’s remember that Damar Hamlin, 24, suffered a cardiac arrest after ‘tackle’ a Cincinnati Bengals player on January 2. After falling to the ground, and scaring everyone present, the defender received cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the pitch in order to be stabilized and later transferred to a hospital, where he remained in critical condition.

After seven days of being under medical observation, he was released on January 9 so that, a month later, he would be present at Super Bowl LVII played by the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.

“The amount of courage it will take to play again is unknown to many of us, but I am ready to support you in whatever direction you decide to take, which you will do calmly. We have addressed the issue with Damar on the mental and emotional aspects of a comeback.”he explained.
