At last the speculations ended and it was announced that the famous sister of Gaby Spanic, Daniela Spanicwho was his double in the famous telenovela “La Usurpadora”.
She was the author of the lawsuit against the Mexican communicator, patty chapoy as well as some members of his team, Daniel Bisogno and Pedro Sola in “Ventaneando”.
According to the Mexican magazine TV Notas, he revealed the reasons why Gaby Spanic’s sister decided to file a lawsuit against the aforementioned drivers.

Order that they did not comply with and that apparently broke the order of the authorities on more than one occasion. This was announced by Marco Antonio Madrigal, lawyer for the also actress, who detailed the case that the celebrity maintains against the Azteca drivers.
According to what was reported, they failed to comply with “protection measures issued by a control judge in Mexico City,” that the 49-year-old artist filed so that they would not talk about her, in addition to failing to comply with the measures imposed.
“They released the status of a family trial between Mrs. Spanic and Mr. Ademar Nahum, her ex-husband. We made a petition before a criminal control judge in Mexico City who granted us measures to stop talking on the Ventaneando program about the processes that Daniela Spanic is carrying out regarding her personal situation. By not doing so, they were going to be deserving of arrest, and they still failed to comply.”

According to Madrigal, this would mean a 36-hour detention in the Administrative Sanctions Center for the defendants. However, neither Pati Chapoy nor her collaborators have been notified because they have not been located.
In the same way, they processed the amparo against the arrest warrant so that this Tuesday the decision of the federal judge could come out.
“They have a legitimate right to be able to protect themselves and have an amparo judge review whether this arrest warrant is legitimate, adjusted to the Constitution or not. It is a provisional suspension, the amparo will be processed; but we will also defend ourselves in that amparo trial to say that he failed to comply with the measures that had been legally notified to him and that it was an intentional act, that after having notified him that he had to destroy all the notes he had given, he had to stop transmit them and even so they continued to be reproduced, they did not download them from their platforms; It is a willful act by omission”.
