Pablo Montero is being investigated for rapen because a young woman from Tapachula, Chiapas, filed a complaint against her.
The Chiapas Attorney General’s Office issued a statement stating that it received a complaint from a woman named Ximena against Óscar Antonio, better known in the artistic world as Pablo Montero.
“The FGE specified that, through the Costa Border District Prosecutor’s Office, it received the complaint against Óscar Antonio “N”, for alleged responsibility in the crime of rapeto the detriment of Ximena “N”, for events that occurred in the municipality of Tapachula, last Friday, January 7 of this year,” they reported.
The Prosecutor’s Office assured that this fact will be investigated so that it does not go unpunished, so they will continue with the investigation after Ximena “N” attended the Public Ministry of Sexual Crimes.
Pablo Montero has had all kinds of problems, from alcohol addiction, leaving bars and restaurants without paying, to assaulting reporters.
So far the singer has not commented on the matter.
