The former mansion of John Legend and Chrissy Teigen in Beverly Hills, for which received $16,800,000 in July 2021is looking for new owners and does so at a lower price.
According to information from various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the residence is being sold in $16,495,000 dollars, a figure below that disbursed less than two years ago by its current owners.
Although the identity of the selling party is unknown, it is known that since mid-2021 they have been trying to sell the luxurious house. At first they announced it in $19,250,000 dollarsHowever, very soon they ran into a market without the willingness to invest that amount of money and they have already lowered the price six times.
The mansion, which is distributed over two floors, has an extension of 8,500 square feetwith seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
It also has a lobby, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, main room, piano room, TV room, cinema room, gym, balconies, among other rooms.
Outside it has a terrace, extensive green areas, a swimming pool with a spa area, a barbecue area, a bonfire, a pergola, beautiful views of the canyons, among other amenities.
