The residence belonged to the composer Jeremy Ruzumna and was built during the 60s, so when it changed owners some of its spaces were redesigned, so when it went up for sale again it was in perfect condition.
The main construction consists of 2,107 square feet distributed over two floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.
In addition, the property is surrounded by large trees and is inaccessible to people anxious to try to meet the residents, something that perfectly suits the interests of Marilyn Manson.
It should be noted that recently The Ohio-born interpreter reached an out-of-court agreement with actress Esmé Bianco to withdraw the sexual abuse lawsuit that had been filed against him and the company Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. in 2021.
However, the “Game of Thrones” actress is just one of more than 12 women who allegedly reported having suffered some kind of sexual abuse by Brian Hugh Warner, the 54-year-old rocker’s real name.
