The arrest of Ovid Guzman in Culiacán, Sinaloa, it triggered a series of confrontations, blockades and vehicle fires in different parts of the state, and although at first there was no talk of fatalities, as the hours passed this changed.

And it is that, as part of the violent reaction after the capture of “El Ratón”, an ambush was recorded in the municipality of Escuinapa, where hitmen from the Sinaloa cartel They killed a military commander and three of the soldiers who were escorting him.

In addition, the official provided a preliminary balance of 250 stolen vehicles and 27 wounded by firearms, as well as the death of an element of the National Guard.
