Hours after a video circulated on social networks showing a woman blindfolded and surrounded by several subjects with their faces covered and carrying high-assault rifles, in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, the body of Karla Janeth NS was found
Apparently the female in question had been reported missing since Thursday, December 22. However, some people who claim to have known her maintain that she had been deprived of her freedom a couple of days before what was mentioned by the local authorities.
In the report prepared by the Attorney General of the State of Sonora, it is mentioned that around 10:00 p.m., orA person made a phone call to the authorities to indicate the discovery of the lifeless body of a woman, which was located on Las Torres boulevard and Río Moctezuma, in front of the San Ramón Nonato Temple, in the Libertad neighborhood.
Upon arrival at the site, elements of the police and a coroner detected that the corpse was bound hand and foot with gray tape and had its face covered with a handkerchief.
In addition, it is described that a cardboard with a warning message was placed at the height of the woman’s chest written in blue and black letters, but what the text referred to is not indicated.
The disappearance of the deceased had been registered in a search form issued by the Collective Rastreadoras of Ciudad Obregón, through which it was indicated that hShe had been kidnapped by a criminal group that operates in the area.
The case has aroused fear among the local population the sudden appearance of a video in which Karla Janeth Noriega Sepúlveda allegedly appears being interrogated by hitmen due to her apparent participation in the distribution of drugs and collection of the money generated by their sale in the Libertad, Torre de París, Fuentes and Posadas neighborhoods.
Everything points to the fact that the woman was forced by the “La Chapiza” Cartel to work under the orders of a subject nicknamed “80” and in exchange for this they paid her the equivalent of $150 dollars a week.
However, as the drug sales area mentioned by the female is in dispute with another criminal group, the distributors of both gangs are murdered with the aim of intimidating.
