The labor market in the United States has been one of the great issues of 2022, either due to its explosive recovery after the pandemic, as because of its impact on inflation; meanwhile, companies continue to struggle to attract workers, in many cases without success.

The company WalletHub analyzed the percentages of job offers that were made public during the last month and in the last year for each of the 50 states of the country and the District of Columbia to classify them as those with the most job offers and those who have less

During the COVID-19 pandemic, millions of workers have been struggling and losing their jobs due to widespread lockdowns and the forced paralysis of the economy.

However, as the economy recovered, the labor market has been revolutionized To date, it has recovered all the jobs that were lost during the pandemic years.

However, many workers took early retirement and others reconsidered their professional priorities, which in both cases resulted in a massive departure of workers which became known as the “Great Resignation”.

Since then, several sectors of the economy, such as hospitality and leisure services, have not recovered and companies are struggling to attract workers with attractive job offers.

However, not all states have the same difficulties in filling jobs or, from another perspective, not all states have the same number of job offers.
