The dollar remains low in the Mexican market and away from the 20 barrier. This Tuesday the average price at the beginning of the day is 19.34 pesos per dollar unit. At the bank window, the average purchase price is 18.97 per dollar unit and the sale price is 19.72 pesos per dollar unit.
The market specialist, Gabriela Siller, from Banco Base, showed in a table the average exchange rate of the dollar in the Aztec market from 2015 to now:
On the other hand, In the Honduran market, the dollar maintains a positive trend and continues to move around 24.67 lempiras per unit green ticket. The average maximum and minimum is 24.55 and 24.80 lempiras per dollar, respectively.
In Nicaragua, for the dollar there is a positive trend in the market and today it is trading at 36.52 córdobas per unit of greenback. For buying and selling, the trend moves between 36.02 córdobas and 37.00 córdobas per dollar, respectively.
In Costa Rica, The dollar trades in green as is customary and is valued at an average price of 580.99 colones per dollar, although it is a little lower than the previous week. The Costa Rican currency moves on average between 579.28 for the purchase and 582.70 colones per dollar for the sale.
In the Dominican Republic, the dollar trades with little movement since its last day. The trend is neither positive nor negative, and the price is 55.80 DOP per dollar unit. For the purchase and sale, it is calculated on average between 55.45 pesos and 56.15 DOP per dollar unit, respectively.
The dollar in Venezuela remains above 16 bolivars and is already close to 17 Bs. for each dollar unit. Today the US currency is sold at the rate of the central bank at 16.54 bolivars per unit of greenback. And the average range is 16.52 and 16.56 Bs. per greenback for buying and selling respectively, the trend continues to rise.
