Guillermo 'Memo' Ochoa will enter an important list of Mexican players in Europe with his return to the 'Old Continent'

Guillermo ‘Memo’ Ochoa left Club América of Liga MX behind and signed a contract with Salernitana of Italy reason for which he will return to see action in Europe.

However, this is not the only thing that the Mexican has done, as the Aztec goalkeeper will also join Miguel Layún as the only Mexican players in four different European leagues in historythis by seeing minutes with the Italian team next January.

On the other hand, the fellow Aztec who also shares this achievement in Europe, layunhas played a match in at least Serie A (Atalanta in 2009), Premier League (Watford in 2015), Primeira Liga (Porto in 2015) and LaLiga (Sevilla in 2018).

Other of the most internationally recognized Aztecs have played in important teams such as ‘Chicharito’ who played in the Premier League with Manchester United and LaLiga with Real Madrid, as well as in the Bundesliga with Eintracht Frankfurt.

In addition, among the list of players in different tournaments in Europe, we can see Andrés Guardado who has three with LaLiga, Bundesliga and Eredivisie) and Héctor Moreno with Eredivisie, Serie A and LaLiga.
