After more than 20 years confined in a prison in Nepal, Charles Sobhraj, convicted murderer accused of killing more than 20 people, traveled to France to rebuild his life in freedom.

The Supreme Court of Nepal ruled on Wednesday that Charles Sobhraj, a French national, was to be released for health reasons and deported to France within 15 days.
