“Mexicans want to be like us and can't”: Argentine journalist attacked Aztec soccer

Argentina lives a very different present from Mexico. Both teams met in the World Cup in Qatar 2022, but the performance was not the same between them. Argentina will play the grand final of the World Cup , while El Tri was eliminated in the first phase. The media conflicts were generated before, during and after the duel between Argentines and Mexicans. But after several days the provocations from the South American country continue.

The match between El Tri and the albiceleste had some special condiments due to the expectation that existed within the Mexican National Team to hit the table and defeat Argentina . But the duel, once again, was taken by the South American team. Under these circumstances, some controversial statements by Argentine journalists continued, specifically by Alejandro Fantino.

“Mexicans have an inferiority complex with us. Mexicans want to be us and they can’t. It doesn’t give them, they can’t . They don’t arrive, they dream of playing soccer like us. They want to become the Argentine National Team and they can’t, even if they paint their shirt light blue and white, leave the green, they won’t lose ”, sentenced Fantino for the Multiverso Fantino program.
