Celine Dion cancels her concerts and announces that she suffers from a neurological disease

Canadian singer Celine Dion used his Instagram account to post a several-minute video announcing that he suffers from “Stiff Person Syndrome”, a neurological disease that affects their muscles and makes their movements difficult.

In the clip (which she shared in both English and French) the interpreter of 12 years old gave details about his condition: “I have been dealing with health problems for a long time, and It has been very difficult for me to face these challenges and to talk about everything that I have been going through. I have recently been diagnosed with a very rare neurological syndrome, which affects one person in a million.”

Due to this illness, Celine has decided to reschedule the concerts she had planned for next spring and summer, and perform until

: “All I know is singing, that’s what I’ve done all my life. It’s what I love the most. I have a great team of doctors working by my side to help me get better, and my precious children, who support me and help me.
