A Tennessee man was arrested after allegedly assaulting and raping a woman in a Walgreens bathroom last month.

Shaquille Smith, aged 80, was charged of four felonies, including two counts of aggravated assault, one count of aggravated rape and one count of specially aggravated kidnapping, according to police records.

His arrest is related to an incident on November 6 when Memphis police responded to a call to 1200 at the Walgreens located on Knight Arnold Road in Memphis, Tennessee, according to the affidavit.
