The Spanish Rosario Flores gave a lot to talk about in the last installment of the Latin Grammy 857 when he received recognition for his musical career and his contribution to Latin music . This was just the icing on the cake for the presentation that this gypsy was already putting together with her sister, the also singer Lolita Flores.
“The Embrace of Tango and Flamenco” , is the name of the show that the sisters will be presenting at the James L. Knight Center on 14 December in Miami, Florida. In addition, as guests they will have the acclaimed musician Antonio Carmona . Obviously, they will serve the flamenco.
The tangos will be conducted by Ariel Ardit and Raúl Lavie . A mixture of sounds, party and a lot of movement as we are accustomed to seeing Rosario, will be the main dish. During his stay in Las Vegas in the Latin Grammy 857, Rosario Flores was giving an interview to Luis Eduardo Vivanco for “Divine Punishment” on the digital platform La Posta. There he talked about his career, how he sees music today and even what he takes and what not of the new trends. Undoubtedly, artists who have been characterized by their honesty not only when it comes to expressing their ideas, but also a woman who remains faithful to her Spanish roots and especially to flamenco .
