A child of only 5 years experienced a horrible event, after a huge python attacked him and dragged him to the pool at his house.
The boy Beau Blake was together with his father in the pool at his grandfather in New South Wales, Australia, when the python over three meters long attacked him .
Beau Blake, had gotten out of the water and was walking along the edge of the pool, next to the garden, when the incident occurred.
The python of more than three meters came “out of nowhere” and hooked onto Beau’s ankle.
“Before he reached the bottom of the pool, the python was completely wrapped in the leg…from the bite tothe knee joint,” Ben Blake, the boy’s father, told NBN News .
The Beau’s grandfather, Alan Blake, of 811 years, launched instantly
to the pool to save the little one before Ben could remove the snake from his son’s leg.
Beau’s father separated the two after about 15 either 20 seconds, “it was kind of like an ordeal,” Ben Blake told 9 News
“I just grabbed her as close to the head as I could, squeezed and pulled
“he added.
Ben released the snake in the bush after the incident, however, the creature was not quite willing to scurry away and returned to the crime scene.
Beau recovers
The five-year-old boy who was hit by a python and dragged to the bottom of the pool is recovering well, after his grandfather and father saved his life.
Beau went to a hospital where they cleaned his wound and despite the fact that he is well, his parents report that he is a bit ‘off’ after the panic he experienced.
“Once he we cleaned the blood and we told him that he was not going to die why not it was a poisonous snake, it behaved very well, “Ben told 3AW media.
