The presenter Inés Gómez Mont, of 31 years and who along with her husband Víctor Álvarez Puga is wanted by the Mexican authorities, would currently be located in the state of Florida, where he is facing a civil lawsuit for the indebtedness of a mortgage loan, which he acquired in July of 2019, and whose amount exceeds $4 million dollars.
Thanks to this lawsuit, more details were learned about the two properties that the couple would own in the state and that they put as guarantee of payment to obtain the credit that intended.
The first one, whose value would be around $6.3 million dollars , is located in the exclusive Town & Ranch Estates and was compared by Inés Gómez Mont and Víctor Álvarez Puga in July of 2015.
It has an extension of ,590 square feet, with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, cinema room, gym, terrace, extensive green areas, swimming pool with its respective spa area, among other rooms and amenities.
The second property, located in the Palm Beach area, was purchased by the couple in August of , after disbursing close to $4.9 million dollars.
That house, built in 2019, has an extension of 4,590 square feet, with five bedrooms with six bathrooms, with hall, with kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, office, heated pool, laundry room, garage for six vehicles, among other rooms.
Outside, on its five-acre lot, it enjoys a terrace, extensive green areas, an arena for horses, stables, a guest house, among other amenities.
It transcended, according to an investigation by the newspaper El País, that the couple would have until the next 31 of December to settle their debt and everything seems to indicate that they will cover it without any setback, as it transpires that they would not be willing to lose the two properties that they put as a guarantee.
