In a fit of rage, Hispanic kills his daughter's ex-boyfriend in Palmdale after harassing her and leading persecution

The worst thing that Giovannie Gutiérrez could have done was harass his ex-girlfriend, because he paid for it with his life, after the girl’s father came to help her and made a drastic and unwise decision , kill the boy.

Everything happened on a highway in Palmdale, California, to where the young man allegedly followed his ex-girlfriend with his vehicle.

Deputies responded shortly before 5 pm Monday to a domestic violence call in the block of Sierra Highway, where they arrived to find Gutierrez unconscious and with a gunshot wound, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Gutiérrez was transported to a hospital, where he later died.

Witnesses said that Gutiérrez had been in his car, a white Chrysler sedan 140M, and he had been chasing his ex-girlfriend who was driving a gray compact car.

“The shooter has been identified as Jose G. Mendoza of Little Rock.” Mendoza, 59 years old, is the father of Gutiérrez’s ex-girlfriend.

Surveillance video later showed to Mendoza at a sheriff’s station, presumably to turn himself in, before turning and walking away. He remained a fugitive on Wednesday.
