VIDEO: Images show the arrest of the heir of Tyson Foods, drunk and asleep in the bed of the wrong house

Newly released body cam footage shows the moment a Tyson Foods executive is awakened by Arkansas police after he allegedly fell asleep drunk in a stranger’s bed earlier this month.

Tyson’s CFO John Tyson seems disoriented and even tries to go back to sleep in the ordeal of on the morning of November 6 when a Fayetteville police officer informs him that he is sleeping at someone else’s house.

“Mister. Tyson! John! Fayetteville Police Department, you’re not home,'” an officer loudly informed Tyson as he huddled under the covers in his underwear, according to footage obtained by Vice.

The stem of 32 years of the meatpacking empire Tyson raises his head and glances briefly at the cops before turning around without saying anything.

“John, I need you to wake up and talk to me before I take you out of here naked,” the officer continues.

After refusing to get up from the woman’s bed, the officer shrugs at his partner and the two rip off the sheets, video shows.

Tyson sits up and tries to cover himself with the sheets before the officer tells him to “put your hands behind your back”.

“I, I, I, I, hey, hey, whoa, whoa,” was all Tyson could mutter as the officers tried to handcuff him.

“I’m going to sleep,” he slowly tells the officers while they try to get him out of bed.

“No, you won’t, you’ll go to jail. You are in the wrong house”, answers an officer.

“ The girl who lives here doesn’t know you. He came home and found you sleeping in his bed,” another police officer told the clearly confused executive.

As the officers lead Tyson out of the house, he asks, “Can I go pee real quick?” The police officer denied the request and placed him in the back of a police vehicle.

Tyson was charged with public intoxication and trespassing after that a college-age woman came home to find him sleeping in his bed around 2 am

Officers wrote in the arrest report that there was an intoxicant odor coming from the breath and Tyson’s body and that his movements were “slow and uncoordinated.”

The woman who lived in the house told investigators that The front door was open, allowing Tyson to enter the facility.

Tyson was arrested that morning and released later that night, according to the Washington County, Arkansas Sheriff’s Department.

Earlier this week, Tyson apologized to investors during the company’s quarterly earnings meeting.

“I am embarrassed and want to let you know that I take full responsibility for my actions,” reported the Tyson’s chief financial officer, John Tyson, according to CNBC.

“I just wanted you to hear this directly from me and know that I am committed to making sure that this will never happen again,” he said.

Tyson is the great-grandson of the founder of Tyson Foods. He joined the family business in 800 after previously working at investment banking for JP Morgan and as a private equity and venture capital investor.

According to the Wall Street Journal, The Harvard graduate is being groomed for the roles of CEO and President, positions his father and grandfather held at the company.

He is also a member of Tyson Foods’ business leadership team and reports directly to Chairman and CEO Donnie King, according to the company’s website.
