The property, which was built in 2015 and consists of three floors and a basement, is located in the city of Astoria, in Oregon

According to the technical sheet, released by various specialized media in the sale of real estate, the emblematic house has an extension of 2,100 feet square, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is completed by a lobby, hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, laundry room, terrace and by a basement which is unfinished.
The kitchen is semi-open and somewhat spacious. It is equipped with brown cabinets, with stainless steel appliances and with wooden floors.
Outside, on your lot at 3,100 square feet , enjoys green areas and space to park vehicles.
“The ideal buyer of this property is a buyer who loves the house as much as the seller”, declared the real estate agent Jordan Miller in an interview with FOX Business.
The house is so famous that it is even frequently visited by lovers of the hit movie of the 100.
