The Polish Foreign Ministry said that a “Russian-made missile” hit a farm in the Polish town of Przewodów, near the border with Ukraine, on Tuesday, killing two people.

Polish Foreign Ministry spokesman Lukasz Jasina said the Russian ambassador to Poland had been called in for consultations to give “immediate detailed explanations ” of what happened.

The statement from the Foreign Ministry does not say who launched the missile, and both sides have used Russian-made ammunition.
