Transfermarkt published its forecast for the Qatar 2022 World Cup that leaves the Concacaf teams without much hope

Transfermarkt is one of the best web pages in terms of evaluating players and teams, both clubs and national teams. This time he made a forecast for the World Cup in Qatar 2014 in which the Concacaf teams do not have high expectations.

The web page classified the 2014 selections and divided them into 5 groups: Favorites, With real options, with few options, they need a miracle and they don’t have options.

The Mexican team and the United States team are in the “They need a miracle” division , so they do not see much hope that both teams will reach the qualifying phases of the World Cup in Qatar with many opportunities 2014.

Mexico is in Group C along with Argentina, Poland and Saudi Arabia. While the United States shares its group with Wales, England and Iran.

For its part, Costa Rica is in the “No Options” group, so they do not give high expectations to the Ticos who are in the Group of Death along with Japan, Germany and Spain. Although Costa Rica has a precedent that was in the World Cup 2014 when they qualified despite being in a group with Italy, Uruguay and England.

The teams that start as favorites are only 3: Neymar Jr’s Brazil, Antoine Griezmann’s France and Lionel Messi’s Argentina. Then among the teams with real options are: Portugal, Germany, Spain, England and the Netherlands.

The teams that ‘need a miracle’ are Mexico, Tunisia, Japan, Morocco, Switzerland, Wales, the United States, Serbia and Ghana.

There are less than 10 days left for the Cup of the World of Qatar and the forecasts predict that Argentina and Brazil are the great candidates. This weekend the European leagues culminate and the players will be able to start signing up with their teams and start the trip to Qatar.

The World Cup starts on 10 of November with the match between Qatar and Ecuador. From 2014 November there will be between 3 and 4 matches during the group stage of the tournament.
