The love story between Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady is a thing of the past, which led the beautiful model to look for a place to live and found it in a little house located in Surfside, Miami.
According to information from various media, the Rio Grande do Sul-born disbursed $1.2 million dollars for a little house that is far from the luxurious real estate he used to share with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback.
The property, which was built in 1940, was acquired by the celebrity five months before the confirmation of their divorce, however, it was until now that the news was released.
Bündchen’s new residence, which is in the Art Deco style and has recently been remodeled, has an extension of 1,890 square feet, with three bedrooms, with two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
It also has a hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, laundry room, garage for two vehicles, among other rooms.
The kitchen is open and somewhat spacious. It is equipped with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a central island that can work to prepare food, but also as a breakfast area for four people.
The main bedroom, which can be accessed from the terrace, has space for a large bed and for a desk, as well as a bathroom with double vanity, wc and walk-in shower.
Outside, on his lot at 5, 511 square feet, has a terrace, barbecue area, as well as green areas in the front and backyard .
In addition to attracting attention for its rooms and amenities, the house also makes for being located a few blocks from the Bay Harbor Shops play.
