Florida District Court Judge Donald Middlebrooks dismissed Donald Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton that was filed in March alleging that the former Secretary of State accused him of collusion with Russia before the presidential elections of 2016.
After the judge dismissed the lawsuit, Trump’s lawyers disagreed with the reasons that he specified in a ruling that he detailed explaining his decision.
“The amended complaint alleges that the defendants engaged in a calculated scheme to defraud the news media, law enforcement and counterintelligence officials in order to propagate a false narrative of collusion between Trump and Russia,” Middlebrooks said in the ruling in which he felt that the claims put forth by Trump and his attorneys were not justified by law.

The lawyer of Donald Trump, Alina Habba, explained that: “ We are totally disagree with the opinion issued by the Court”.
“Not only is it plagued by misapplications of the law, but ignores the numerous independent government investigations that corroborate our claim that the defendants conspired to falsely implicate our client and undermine the presidential election of 2016″, interview published by Newsweek.
The judge clarified that “by filing a plea, an attorney certifies that it is not being filed for any improper purpose; that the claims are justified under the law ; and that the factual arguments have evidentiary support. I have serious doubts about whether that standard is met here,” added Middlebrooks.
The former president went to his social network to complain about the judge’s decision and comparing it with the other legal problems he faces.
“ So now Biden’s FBI and DOJ leakers are going to spend millions of dollars, and vast amounts of time and energy to appeal the Mar-a-Lago Raid False Document Order, by a brilliant and courageous judge whose wise words rang true throughout our nation, in instead of fighting corruption and record-setting crime that is taking place before your very eyes.”
