A video went viral on Twitter, in which the moment in which a woman is persecuted by the driver of a car, who apparently tries to kidnap her, and she manages to escape. The woman appears walking alone down the street, but she speeds up when she notices that a suspicious car is following her, then she runs and the alleged kidnapper speeds up. The events occurred in the municipality of León, Guanajuato, a state in central Mexico, considered territory of the drug cartels and the “ lifts ” are increasing.

This case was recorded by security cameras minutes before 6: 00 am, on her way to work, she turned onto a street, where it seemed that a silver vehicle was waiting for her with its doors open and the driver standing next to them. As soon as the suspect noticed her running away, he got in the car and drove off.
A similar case was recorded on 17 of April of this 2022, but in the city of Monterrey, in the border state of Nuevo León , when two men aboard a vehicle also tried to kidnap a young woman, who managed to run and get to safety, then reported the events to the authorities.
