The manufacturers of electric cars, Tesla, Rivian and Cadillac, are increasing the prices of their products due to market instability in recent weeks caused by component shortages.

These higher costs have led manufacturers of electric cars to increase their price, making them look harder for Americans today. In fact, it has led experts to wonder if the crisis will not affect the growth of the electric car fleet in the immediate future.
Tesla
Most Tesla cars are now much more expensive than they were in the 2021. For example, the cheapest “standard range” version of Model 3, Tesla’s most affordable vehicle, starts at $ 25,990 US dollars. This cost represents 23 % more than in February 2021.
Rivian
