“I still feel the best in the world”: Canelo Álvarez with sky-high confidence ahead of the trilogy against GGG despite harsh criticism

Many analysts and boxing fans have considered Saúl ‘Canelo’ Álvarez the best boxer on more than one occasion pound for pound today, but until now we had never heard the voice of the Mexican proclaim himself as such.

‘Canelo’ Álvarez confirmed this Tuesday that he will return to the ring next 17 in September to face Gennady ‘GGG’ Golovkin for the third time in what will be the closing of the trilogy between the two.

Through his social networks, the unified heavyweight champion super middleweight shared the promotion of the fight, leaving the question of where it will take place and with the flag of Mexico in the tweet, which can excite his Aztec fans to see him again in his nation.

For his part, GGG also confirmed the clash with a brief message: “See you on 17 of September”.
