Chicharito in crisis: Javier Hernández lost ownership and the LA Galaxy was humiliated at home by the Houston Dynamo

Javier Hernández is still going through a rough patch in the MLS. The Mexican did not change his present despite starting on the bench and entering as a shock in the second half. The LA Galaxy was thrashed by the Houston Dynamo (0-3) at home and Chicharito is in crisis.

Greg Vanney, coach of Los Angeles, left Chicharito on the bench for this game. Instead he started Dejan Joveljic, who had not started in any MLS game this season and had barely scored a goal in 10 matches prior to this Sunday’s match.

Houston got ahead of 11′ with a goal from Carlos Ferreira. So the game went to rest. The Galaxy had the ball but did not create any danger or harm their rival. The dynamic continued in the second half, and at 58′ came the 0-2 work of Tyler Pasher.

The Angelenos immediately moved their pieces. There was a quadruple change in which Douglas Costa and Chicharito entered, regular starters. But four minutes later they received a bucket of cold water with a goal from Thorleif Ulfarsson.

Having almost 80% of the possession did not help. The LA Galaxy went three games without a win and Chicharito seven consecutive MLS games without a win. Los Angeles in crisis.
