Nurses have been one of the most valued professions during the last two years pandemic; however, not throughout the country their working conditions are comparable to the risk they have faced.
The company WalletHub conducted a study on l The favorable and unfavorable conditions that affect nurses in the country , with the aim that the new graduates can make a decision about their future.
To measure the conditions for these workers in the 50 states, the study considered two dimensions classified as “key”: the opportunity and competition and the work environment .
Based on these two grand dimensions, WalletHub measured 21 metrics to which he gave a scale of 100 points, which represented more or less favorable conditions for the diseases first.

Another relevant fact is that Michigan offers the highest average salary, adjusted to the cost of living, for nurses in the country , while Hawaii offers the lowest, adjusted for cost of living.
However, not all medical personnel have the same conditions. Workers at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles hold a strike to demand better wages.
