Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced Tuesday in a statement that his office filed murder charges against a woman who allegedly killed three of her children over the weekend at her home in West Hills.
“We all cry for these children. The loss of their young lives is a tragedy that has affected our entire community”, said prosecutor Gascón. “My prosecutors are working to hold those responsible for their deaths accountable.”
The Hispanic woman Ángela Flores admitted to having killed her 3 small children in her West Hills residence, and had as an accomplice a teenager from 16 years old, who is also believed to be his descendant, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) reported Monday.
Angela Dawn Flores is being held on $6 million bail and was charged Tuesday with three counts of murder by the Los Angeles District Attorney. Arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, in Van Nuys.
