There is controversy over the leaking of a video, in which alleged drug traffickers appear giving orders to a Commander of the Navy Mexican in Guerrero, one of the most dangerous states and bloody from Mexico. The recording circulates on Twitter and in it you can hear a couple of men threatening an element of the Federal Forces: “We planned for you balearic and hangup”. However, there are two versions that emerged in the Mexican media, after the viralization of said video on social networks: the first suggests that they are indeed hitmen of a drug cartel ; the second points out that they are not drug traffickers; but members of a police group of the Union of Peoples and Organizations of the State of Guerrero (UPOEG
), who had a tense encounter with the marines and that is why they were threatened.

“Really, we planned to shoot you and hang up. We planned to hang you on the carnal bridge, but because of the municipal president, who is our friend and our command, we don’t do it. Respect, we ask you”, is the message that the suspect gives to the Mexican sailor, who remains silent at all times and only limits himself to responding affirmatively by shaking his head.
Are they really drug traffickers and what does the mayor have to do with it?
After the words of the supposed assassin, the mayor of the community of Marquelia, Lincer Clasiano Clemente, who intervenes and even shakes hands with both parties to iron out rough edges, then everyone leaves the place. Local media reported that everything originated because the marines caught a young man wearing a uniform of the corporation and could never prove his legal origin or that he was in the ranks of the Armed Forces. This annoyed the UPOEG, which tried to attack the sailors.
It should be noted that drug cartels in Mexico have cloned or stolen uniforms from the Army and Navy, this is how their assassins dress to go unnoticed or cause confusion at the time of confrontations with the soldiers. Apparently, in this case, the elements of the Navy were no longer able to recover the uniform that was in the possession of the suspect.
