Last 11 February Irán Castillo surprised his social media followers by announcing the birth of his second child; however, almost three months after living this happy moment the actress revealed that she had complications during her delivery.
In an interview with the Unicable program ‘Netas Divinas’, the protagonist of the telenovela ‘SOS I’m Falling in Love’ shared some details of the day her son Demian was born, who was at risk due to problems with his heart rate.
And it is that according to what the famous told, the birth that she planned to take place at home accompanied by her gynecologist, the midwife, a friend, her husband Pepe Díaz and her daughter Irka was point of not happening, because the doctor detected that there were problems with the baby’s heartbeat, so she asked him to go immediately to the hospital to perform a caesarean section.
“I started having contractions, but many hours have passed, the contractions were already strong and I hardly dilated and the baby’s frequency was not on stable“, he explained.
Iran recalled that at that time there was too much stress because the baby’s heartbeat was too fast and other times too slow, which that alerted her gynecologist.
“She told me: ‘you know what, I think that in a little while we have to go to the hospital, she’s going to having to have a caesarean section, we cannot be like this’”, he added.
But the moments of anguish ended in a surprising way thanks to a prayer.
“I kept quiet, concentrated and said: ‘ Diosito, great spirit, you know what is best for me, I let go, let go of control and whatever. If it has to be a caesarean section, let it be a caesarean section. ‘I let him go, I started to see how they started to pack their bags and we were leaving,’ she recalled.
Fortunately, her body responded and the birth occurred naturally just as she had planned for months and wanted it to happen.
“As In half an hour I began to dilate in an impressive way and they put me on Doopler and my baby’s frequency was stable“, he pointed out.
After the experience he lived, Iran Castillo came to the conclusion that a woman’s body is wise, which has led her to enjoy motherhood even more.
