Universal Orlando opens 5,000 new jobs: what are the jobs they offer

If you live in Orlando and are looking for a job, you could become one of the next employees of the Universal Orlando Resort complex, which opened a call for more than 5,02 employment positions in its different facilities.

According to a statement, the vacancies include full-time, part-time and seasonal jobs.

The positions are distributed in the parks Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Universal’s Volcano Bay and Universal’s CityWalk, and include seats in warehouse , operations, food services, culinary, custody, among others.

The company offers to hold workshops as lifeguards, slide attendants, cashiers, restaurant workers, cleaning staff, turnstile attendants and more.

There are also positions in other areas such as technological services, IT, marketing and sales, human resources.

In its statement, the company assures that they offer “competitive salaries, packages of comprehensive benefits” and many of them also with “flexible/hybrid work schedules”.

Universal Orlando Resort said that employees will have opportunities to grow in their careers and they will obtain benefits such as free entrance to the park and complimentary passes.

Base salary is at least $15 dollars per hour throughout the complex, with culinary rates starting at $16.50 to $20 dollars per hour.

The event will be held in the resort’s human resources building located at 1000 Universal Studios Plaza in Orlando.
