Two Hispanic women were arrested for stealing nearly $3,700 worth of fragrance and beauty products in Redondo Beach.

Two Hispanic women were arrested by authorities as suspected of committing a robbery for almost $3,137 dollars worth of fragrances and beauty products last weekend in the city of Redondo Beach , in Los Angeles County.

María Barrera and Jessica Díaz, both 19 years old and residents of Daly City, San Mateo County, were detained by officers of the Department of Redondo Beach Police after they were located by tracking the car that the two used to escape from the place where the robbery was committed.

The incident occurred on Saturday night, at approximately 9: 00 pm, when Barrera or Díaz entered a business on Hawthorne Boulevard and placed a large number of fragrances and beauty products in bags before abandoning nar the place.

At the time the Redondo Beach Police did a search in the vehicle, stolen beauty products were found for almost $3, 700 Dollars.

The authorities reported that the two Hispanic women were released after payment of their respective bail .

According to the press release from the Redondo Beach Police Department, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is considering this case to file charges against the two Hispanic women for crimes bass.
