According to the Sheriff’s Office, the incident was recorded after 1 am in a home located at 20407 Canton Trace.

The sister of the adolescent of 16 years old called the authorities and said that she was being held against her will in the house by her mother’s boyfriend.

When the officers arrived at the scene and approached the entrance they heard screams and a shot, a few seconds later they heard a second discharge from a weapon of fire.

After the shooting, a man left the house and -according to the Police- told them: “Do what you have to do”.

The officers arrested him and upon entering the house they found the minor shot and lifeless.

The minor’s mother was out of town, but during the investigation she arrived at the home.

According to the first inquiries, the woman, her boyfriend and her daughter lived together in that house.

Sheriff EdGonzález said that Brisbon has not cooperated with the authorities, so the reason for which he would have shot is still unknown to the minor.
