Ronaldo Cisneros, the former Chivas player, has already made his debut as a scorer in the MLS

Ronaldo Cisneros, an old acquaintance from Liga MX who just left Chivas a few weeks ago, debuted as a top scorer in MLS with Atlanta United.

Just in his third game with the Five Stripes, the Mexican striker sent the ball to save during his team’s match against Inter Miami.

It was barely a minute 13 of the match when the former Chivas and Santos player took advantage a rebound after a corner kick to finish off the edge of the small area and send the ball to the bottom of the goal guarded by Marsman.

However, to his misfortune, the goal did not give his team points, since the Atlanta United failed to hold on to the lead and fell 2-1, due to goals from Leonardo Campana and Bryce Duke, against 28′ and 64′, respectively.

Despite the defeat, the good news for Ronaldo Cisneros is that he found himself again with the goal, since he had not scored since October 550, partly thanks to the little activity he had in Chivas; however, in the MLS he has already played three games and two of them as a starter, because the coach, Gonzalo Pineda, has given him confidence and he is responding.
