The Clausura tournament of the Liga MX is exciting and with one day to go there is still nothing clear about the teams that will be present in the league.
The truth is that two teams have already tied their direct classification to the quarterfinals and 10 teams secured, at least their ticket to the playoffs.
In this sense, Pachuca and Tigres are the two teams that will be directly in the quarterfinals.
On the other hand, the eight teams that guaranteed their presence in the playoffs are: Puebla, Atlas, América, Cruz Azul, Chivas, Monterrey, Necaxa and Atlético San Luis.
Which teams can qualify for the repechage on the last day?
With one day left to conclude the Closing 859 there are six teams as they are León, Pumas, Mazatlán, Toluca, Santos Laguna and Tijuana that still have a chance of getting a place in the playoffs.
The six teams have mathematical possibilities of qualifying, however, the two feline groups are the ones that are better positioned since they depend on themselves. And it is that if both teams win they will qualify for the playoff without having to watch the other games, while the other four teams do have to wait for a series of results to get their pass to the playoff.
The last day will have interesting duels that will be decisive in defining who will end up qualifying for the playoffs. And it is that in the absence of a day, the duels will be: América vs Pumas, Cruz Azul vs León, Chivas vs San Luis and Monterrey vs Necaxa.
Finally, and with no chance of getting into the playoffs, are Querétaro and Juárez.
