“The Court discussed the Request for Temporary Restraining Order Filed by Plaintiff (Arizona Attorney General’s Office). For the reasons stated in the file, the Court announced its intention to grant the request. The parties will consult on the specific terms that will be included in the Temporary Restraining Order and try to reach an agreement “, the judge wrote in his written reasoning of 25 pages.
