Unión Magdalena has been a repeat offender in acts of violence

The Santa Marta team is not the first time it has suffered acts of violence where his fans have been involved, since last February several of his followers jumped onto the pitch in the match against Atlético Bucaramanga. The Disciplinary Committee of Colombian soccer determined an economic sanction and gave the victory to the Bucaramanga team with a result of 0-3.

The Sierra Nevada stands were closed for six days as a sanction for the behavior of their fans and it is expected that this time there will be a greater sentence for what happened against Junior de Barranquilla.
