The security cameras captured the moment in which was run over a assassin of the Sinaloa Cartel (CDS), apparently was the operator of the extinct Juan José Esparragoza , alias el Azul, one of the founders of said criminal organization. Martín Humberto Ponce Félix was in the middle of the event of motorcyclists , everything was ready for them to go out for a ride, when he was run over by a truck and rolled several times in the air before crashing spectacularly on the asphalt. Mexican media reported that this criminal was one of the most wanted by the United States Drug Enforcement Agency ( DEA for its acronym in English), which started from the organization chart, as probable financial operator of Blue. Apparently, Ponce Félix belonged to a cell that is now inactive and that for several years served the Sinaloa Cartel.

Who was he Blue?
Juan José de Jesús Esparragoza Moreno, better known as the Blue, was a Mexican drug trafficker and one of the founding leaders of the Sinaloa Cartel, but before he was part of the Guadalajara Cartel created by Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo. He was also an important member of the former Federal Security Directorate (DFS), a police agency of the years 60 Y 80. Since he worked as an agent, he had already been involved in drug trafficking activities.
There are two versions of Azul’s death, the first of which indicates that he died of cardiac arrest in a hospital in Mexico City .
