, after arresting a teenager who had made some homemade bombs and who had that goal. During his appearance the defendant denied all charges.

. Official documents revealed that two teenagers along with Pelkey had planned to detonate the devices in a crowded area.
Federal documents, revealed by the ABC7 newscast, indicated that Xavier Pelkey recruited a boy aged 17 from Kentucky and another from 15 Chicago years through Instagram. The three allegedly planned to go to an area mosque during spring break and commit “mass murder,” all in the name of ISIS.
In the same place, where the officers found the hand-painted ISIS flags, there were several explosive devices made by hand with fireworks attached with staples, pins and tacks to create shrapnel if detonated.
In this way Xavier Pelkey was arrested by the police and is in custody without bail.
This week the young man had his hearing in US District Court in Bangor, where he pleaded not guilty to the charge of possession of unregistered devices.
Xavier Pelkey would face a penalty of up to years in prison if he is found guilty. The defendant is still behind bars without bail.
