A woman from 21 years ago she was arrested and charged with bribery, after she tried to seduce a police officer from Harris County with sexual acts and money to set her free.

The Harris Police Department received a call from an accident that occurred on the block 5900 of James C. Leo Drive in Spring, where a driver ran over a garden of a house, collided with the fences and broke several signs.

The neighbors reported that a man arrived at the place where the accident occurred and wanted to take responsibility for the whole mess.

When the police arrived at the scene, agent Mark Herman discovered that Dulce Ortiz of 18 year I was old was the driver who had caused everything.

Dulce Ortiz showed signs of intoxication and was detained by the authorities They put her on the patrol car to take her to the police station.
